Facts:	The defendant was stopped for driving without headlights and running a stop sign. Officers noticed an odor of alcohol, bloodshot eyes, and she had difficulty speaking. The defendant admitted to having drank vodka. She performed poorly on the field sobriety exercises, which consisted of the HGN (eye test), one leg stand, and walk and turn. She was arrested for DUI and later blew a .092 and .090 in the breath machine.
